Plan your day

Time to read: 1 min

I apologize for being late with my blog. I had problems finding a topic and felt a creative block. However, here I am. I want to share with you the impact of planning your day.

It’s incredibly helpful when you start to schedule your day. It feels like you are inventing time for yourself. You suddenly become productive and are able to get things done ASAP.

I realized this when I created a weekly schedule on my PC, which I connected with my calendar. I scheduled my time for school, lunch, studying, working out, reading, and dinner. This was helpful for me, and I achieved great progress due to having a strict schedule. Now, I don’t have school lessons to attend anymore. I can do whatever I want. Sounds awesome, right? It is a double-edged sword; you can do what you want and therefore lose your schedule. You are easily drawn to laziness and unproductive behavior when you don’t have a routine. I noticed that I didn’t behave the same as I did when I had this schedule. I believe we humans need a schedule. We need something to work and strive for. You can create this structure with a habit tracker.

What is a habit tracker?

You take a piece of paper, write "Day 1" to "Day 30" on it, and add habits that you want to do every day. After doing them, tick them off. Now you can see your progress every day. It can be anything, seriously. Even smiling or being kind is a valuable habit to practice every day. Don’t add things that you are doing anyway, like eating.

With this habit tracker by your side, you will notice yourself becoming more productive.

Have a great week and till next time.
