Pornography is destroying your life.

“If you want to destroy any nation without war, make adultery or nudity common in the young generation”

One of the most significant ways to disrupt your life is by visiting websites similar to the one depicted in the image you saw before clicking on this post. Consider the average individual who regularly indulges in such content. Do you think of a happy, clear-minded, purpose driven, physically fit and confident human being, who enjoys life, or does the image of an obese person, who's sitting in a dark room in his chair, the only source of light comes from his two monitors, where he searches for minutes, until he finds the perfect video, which can satisfy his inner void, where his best friends are a bag of chips, energy drinks and the paper towel?

You probably think of the 2nd person, atleast this is what I am thinking right now. The mere thought is disguisting. Would you take a pill, which makes you feel nice for 5 minutes, but the downside is that you'll feel depressed afterwards and slowly lose the joy of life, where the only solution is to eat more pills?

If you said yes to that in your brain, you've lost your self respect. Congratulations!

Pornography has become so huge over the years, where young children have the ability to stumble across this stuff in a softer version on apps like TikTok, Instagram and Youtube, because of some thirst traps. With the rise of onlyfans it has become even worse. Guys pay huge amounts of money to see an onlyfans model naked, because they would like to sleep with her. They obviousley can't, so they settle for mediocricity. People like this are crabs. They seek validation because they don't get it from other people. The desires that they crave, became the chains of the slave (little rhyme I guess).

Again imagine yourself the average discord mod, onlyfans sub, type of guy. Would you connect his existence to a good life, would you like to live like him? It's pretty obvious that nobody truly wants to live like this, when the truth is displayed in such manner. These are the obvious reasons unfortunately, the iceberg goes way deeper, so let us dive down.

The Psychological Effects of Pornography:

Excessive consumption of pornography affects your mental health, leads to addiction, desensitization, and altered perceptions of intimacy and relationships. Well, nice side-effects of the "satisfaction pill", don't you think? But why is that the case?

WHY it’s destructive

  1. You seek pleasure, love and validation. You take the easy path and endulge in false dopamine. Porn isn't real, you probably know that already. Well, if you know it, why the fuck are you still watching it?

  2. Because you're addicted, yes you are the same as your local drug addict. The only difference between you two is the substance. The addiction is obviously also not the same, but you are still one thing: An ADDICT.

  3. More and more young men get erectile dysfunction. Isn't that pathetic? Not old men, young men are getting problems with their body. You shouldn't have that problem but you've got it because you desensitized your body due to overdose of your favourite drug called porn.

  4. Lack of intimacy. Your body wants intimacy as a natural desire. However instead of getting it from real humans, you lie to your brain and try to seek it from pornography. That's why so many guys feel like shit afterwards, because their subconcious mind kicks in and shows them that they are pathetic losers (post-nut-clarity).

  5. The Impact on relationships is crucial. Because of your addiction, you still watch pornography, even if you are in a relationship. This is abnormal and might even hurt your partner and will make her or him extremely insecure.

  6. Your confidence. You attract, what you are, remember that. If you endulge in this stuff regularly, you give of the impression of someone who does. So your confidence isn't that high because you have become dependent to porn. You might even feel insecure for your own body and develop false beauty standards.

  7. Loss of control. The habit of masturbation increases with the usage of pornography up to a certain point. It becomes such a habit that you do it out of boredom or fatigue.

HOW to fix it

  1. Engage in the NoFap movement, but don't unquestionably accept everything the community asserts, as some of the information can be dangerously misleading (like the belief that you gain extraordinary abilities after reaching day 90 or other unfounded claims).

  2. "Don't count the days; make the days count." This quote from Muhammad Ali resonates because fixating on counting days might lead to a higher chance of failure. Constantly reminding yourself of the habit you're trying to overcome is the last thing you want. Instead, focus on making each day purposeful and significant in your journey."

  3. Work so diligently that you barely find time for it. This approach has immensely helped many individuals as it allows the creation of new habits such as exercising, reading, meditating, cooking, and more. The impact is vast, leading to a better life through the substitution of micro habits for pornography.

  4. Direct your energy towards purposeful endeavors instead of squandering it. With prolonged abstinence, you'll notice a rise in both your energy levels and desires, which is a natural occurrence. Harness this increased energy to pursue your goals. Seek pleasure in engaging with other people rather than resorting to watching porn. If you lack this ability currently, invest effort into cultivating it."

Conclusion

As you can see, Pornography is truly evil, but there are always ways to overcome your addictions and bad habits. The tips, you've learned from this post, will help you with achieving that, when you'll follow the instruction. If you want to learn more, watch this Video by Hamza Ahmed.
